Bear Creek Hollowneck AC

The Bear Creek Hollow Neck Artist/Collectors Edition is based on the Style 4 Weissenborn Steel Guitar. It can be made from a variety of exotic tonewoods, such as Honduran Rosewood, African Mahogany, Sapele, Avodire (an amazing tonewood) and the traditional Hawaiian Koa. The AC is braced with aged Sitka Spruce, which is machine fit to a precise radius, to create an elegant arch on the top and back. This guitar is bound with the traditional “rope” binding, which is made from alternating diagonals of Rosewood and Beech or Maple. It has Style 4 Mother-of-Pearl inlays, and a beautiful high gloss, lacquer finish. Waverly tuners standard.
